Q1 華王飯店はどこにありますか？ Where is Kao?
«答» 横浜中華街の本通りに本店が、市場通りに別館があります。地図 MAPKao Main is located on Yokohama Chiatown Main Street. Kao Annex is on Ichiba-dori street. Please see our MAP.
Q2 営業時間は？ お休みの日は？ Store hours?
«答» 本店･別館共に 11:30-23:00 年中無休 です。
Both the Main and the Annex are open 7 days a week.
Q3 どんなお料理ですか？ What is Kao's specialty menu?
«答» 四川料理が中心です。辛くない料理もございます。今年10月からは気仙沼（けせんぬま）産のふかひれをたっぷり使ったオリジナル新メニューも開始しました。このホームページにメニューを掲載しています。参考にご覧下さい→Menu
We specialize in Szechuan style cooking. We often use red hot chili peppers but also have food that is more mild. FUKAHIRE - shark fin - is our new menu. Please take a look at our menu on this site.
Q4 いくら ¥ ぐらいですか？ クレジット・カードは使えますか？
What is the price range of your restaurants? Are credit cards accepted?

Q5 駐車場はありますか？ Can I park near Kao?
«答» 中華街近くに提携駐車場（中華街パーキングなど)がございます。
ご利用金額5,000円以上のお客様には1時間無料のサービス券を差し上げています。専用駐車場はございません。Sorry, we do not have guest parking. But affiliated parking service is available near Chinatown. One Hour free parking coupon is offered for every order 5,000 yen and up.

«答» 本店２階は畳敷きの部屋を襖（ふすま）で仕切り、4畳半のお部屋を4部屋作ることができます。すべてつなげて大きなお部屋としてもご利用い頂けます。別館２階にも同様の畳敷きの部屋がございます。このホームページでは 店内の様子 を一部ご紹介しています。Our TATAMI rooms can be connected to make a larger space or can be parted into smaller rooms depending on your needs. Please see our restaurant images.

Q9 高齢者を連れて行きたいのですが、エレベーターはありますか?

«答» エレベーター等の設備はございません。歩行などに介助を必要となさる場合には、予めご相談ください。私どもでできるかぎりのお手伝いをさせて頂きます。Sorry, we do not have any wheel chair access. However, we would like to find a way to accomodate your needs. Please contact us in advance.
